Booking & Cancellation

A 30% deposit secures your date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and you’ve accepted these terms in writing (a reply to the booking email is enough). The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Private clients: If you cancel within 14 days of booking, and your shoot is more than 14 days away, your deposit is refunded in full. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

Business & commercial clients: The deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You can move your date once, free of charge, with at least 14 days’ notice.

Weather: If Iceland’s weather makes your shoot unsafe or impossible, I’ll offer you new dates at no extra cost and your deposit carries over. If none of the offered dates work for you, the booking is cancelled under force majeure and no balance is owed. Your deposit then stays valid as credit toward any session within 12 months.

If I have to cancel: You get a full refund of everything you’ve paid.
